Each group is asked to clean and reset the room(s) used by the end of your requested event time indicated above. Please be sure to calculate and include the time needed for clean up in your event time.
Equipment: As you plan your event think through what you’ll need and request supplies needed. The church will provide the basic items listed that we have on hand. Each group is responsible for their own set and clean up, let us know if you need help. Clean up includes cleaning the Kitchen or room used, putting away everything used including dishes, supplies etc… Vacuum, remove food/trash, reset table/chairs to original format. Remove left-over food from refrigerator. Remove any decor or personal supplies/or items. The room should be left clean and ready for use by the next group.
